Accessing Our Site
Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Use of Website Information
You may view, copy or print pages and any Website Information from this Website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not otherwise use, modify, copy, print, display, reproduce, distribute or publish any information from this Website without the express permission of La Femme Fleur Limited.
All services and products listed on the La Femme Fleur website are payable in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
All services and products, and delivery charges within New Zealand are inclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax at the rate of 15%.
However, all prices are subject to variation at any time.
All orders placed through the website are subject to the availability of the specific products ordered.
If for any reason, a product is not available, we will endeavour to notify you via an email or a phone call. However, where this is not successful we may substitute any product that we have in stock without notice for the unavailable product.
Cancellation of orders
We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time if; products are unavailable, products are incorrectly listed or priced on our website. Refunds will be provided where payment has already been processed.
Completed orders cannot be cancelled unless the cancellation is made 12 hours before the agreed delivery or collection time. In these circumstances, we will accept cancellation and provide a full refund. Cancellations made same day attract a 50% cancellation fee to compensate La Femme Fleur’s lost opportunity to sell that order. The remaining 50% will be refunded as soon as practical.
La Femme Fleur endeavours to dispatch all orders within the specified time frame.
Same day delivery is available for Auckland locations (excluding rural deliveries), if the order is confirmed before 12pm between Monday and Friday. Rural Auckland deliveries and those processed after 12pm or on a non-business day are delivered next business day unless otherwise agreed. La Femme Fleur does not deliver outside of Auckland.
Successful deliveries require your full correct address, code for any security gates, a phone number for the recipient, and a specified alternative location to leave the flowers should access be impossible.
La Femme Fleur does not guarantee delivery of any order where the recipient refuses to accept it, the address provided is not correct or complete, the recipient is not at the address specified or it is unsafe to enter the address.
If the recipient is not at the address specified when the delivery is made, we will do our best to leave the order in a safe location. If we do leave the delivery in what we believe to be a safe location, we will not be liable if it goes missing or is lost or damaged.
In the unlikely event that a product cannot be delivered it will be returned to La Femme Fleur and we will make contact with you to arrange a new delivery time and date. Customers l remain responsible for all delivery fees and a second delivery attempt may incur an additional charge.
Payments for subscriptions are normally deducted on the same weekday and at the same time of day once your chosen frequency has elapsed. Delivery will be made on the next occurance of you chosen delivery day providing payment is received prior to 12pm that day. For any payment enquiries please contact us
We will deliver your flowers on the day specified in your subscription purchase except where a public holiday makes it impossible to do so. We will endeavour to contact you in advance to alert you of any changes to your delivery date.
If you are not home when we deliver your subscription flowers, we will leave them in a bucket or wet wrap at a location specified by you, if you provided one, in your order, or at your front door.
If we cannot contact you and there is nowhere to leave the flowers (as in the case for apartment deliveries) we will either redeliver and recharge the credit card we have on file as soon as practical, or you can collect the from our flower truck at 55 West End Road, Westmere the following day. Please note we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Requests to return orders must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Where we deem a return acceptable, we require you to deliver the order to us at La Femme Fleur, 55 West End Rd, in original condition and packaging. You are entitled to a credit note on all returns.
Returned products are the buyer’s responsibility until they reach the seller. The seller shall not be responsible for misdirected shipments or products lost or damaged in transit.
La Femme Fleur reserves the right to levy a restocking fee against any returns that we accept of the order amount and is levied at the seller’s absolute discretion.
Refunds are given at La Femme Fleur’s sole discretion and will be refunded in the form of the original payment method used by the buyer.
